As a counselor, coach, and higher education professional with progressive leadership across private and public academic institutions, I am passionate about helping students and emerging professionals find their place in an ever-changing world.

I work with high school and college students navigating the college admission and career development process, as well as young professionals launching their careers. My role is to simplify what can often feel overwhelming—transforming complex choices into clear, actionable steps.

My expertise spans career counseling, college admission, first-year student success, and personal branding. I am frequently invited to speak at high schools, universities, and professional organizations eager to prepare their students and alumni for success.

Highlights of my work include:

• Designing the career development workshop for the University of Connecticut’s nationally recognized Mentor Connection program for gifted high school students.
• Serving as Founding Director of a global college and adult coaching program.
• Leading a recruiting consortium of 35+ colleges and universities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
