MICHELE HEARN, MED, CAS, MCC

As a counselor, coach, and higher education professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership at private and public academic institutions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, I am committed to helping clients discover their unique place in an ever-changing world.  My clients include high school and college students engaged in the college search and career development process.  Serving as a guide and advocate, I help simplify the often overwhelming and complex process of planning for the future. 

My specialties include career counseling, college admission, the first-year experience, and personal branding.  I am a regularly requested speaker and resource for high schools, universities, and private organizations seeking to help their students and alumni prepare to perform and succeed.  Most notably, I created the career development workshop for the University of Connecticut’s nationally-recognized Mentor Connection program for gifted and talented high school students, served as the Founding Director of a global college and adult coaching program, and manage a recruiting consortium comprised of 35+ colleges and universities.
